An Abundance Mindset

Traditional views of healing can often feel narrow and self-focused. We are here to change that.

Inspired by the "Gift Economy" of the natural world, we view healing as a communal resource that grows stronger the more it is shared. We are committed to fostering a culture where:

  • Innate Wholeness is Honored: We aren't here to "fix" you; we are here to provide the container for you to remember the wholeness you already carry.

  • Access is Universal: We strive to increase access to mind, body, heart, and soul wellness. Through sliding scales and financial aid, we ensure that our "medicine" is available to all members of our community, especially those who are under-resourced.

Wellness is Reimagined: We invite you to explore diverse paths to healing. To us, Imagination, Laughter, Friendship, Nature, and Community are essential medicines.

Why Community is Our Medicine

"In a gift economy, wealth is understood as having enough to share." — Robin Wall Kimmerer

The Grove provides both physical and virtual space to foster healing in our local and greater community. By moving away from the "lonely" model of private practice and toward a community-based approach, we create a resilient sanctuary where everyone has a seat at the table.
