2026 Cosmic Convergence

We invite you to join us Sunday, January 18th at 7:00pm for Cosmic Confluence of 2026, a free 90-minute live Zoom gathering offering context for the year ahead through Western Hellenistic astrology and the Mexica Tonalpohualli sacred calendar. This gathering is not about prediction or control; it is about orientation — stepping back to observe the larger rhythms at play and finding steadiness within them.

The Resilience Lab with Julie Stuart

Join us for an in-depth Resilience Lab with Julie Stuart.

In times of change and unpredictability, resilience isn’t about pushing through—it’s about recovering steadiness within.

Resilience Already Lives Within You

When the body is centered and grounded, it holds an innate intelligence—a natural capacity to adapt, restore, and regulate. Even in the face of challenge, the body continuously orients toward balance, wholeness, and connection.

Wild Edge of Sorrow - Men's Grief Cohort

“Grief is not a burden we carry; it is a profound act of soul.
It is the soul’s acknowledgment of what we hold most dear.”
Francis Weller, The Wild Edge of Sorrow

This in-person men’s cohort is a place to bring the grief you carry — in its rawness, its silence, its mystery. Over five evenings together, we will gather in a Circle of Trust® to make space for sorrow, witness one another without judgment, and remember what it means to grieve in community.

Collage Art as Self-Care

Collage as Self-Care with Jane Seaton

Being kind to ourselves is more needed than ever before, in a zillion ways.

Being creative is one good way of being kind to ourselves.

And we are all immensely creative.

Being creative is a universal, natural human ability, that we all have within us, despite inner voices that tell us otherwise.

This creativity, in its many forms, is a powerful resource for helping us to stay and feel sane, and thus more able to navigate a terribly overwhelming time in our long, long history.

Introduction to Flower Essences

Introduction to Flower Essences

Flower essences are subtle yet powerful tools that support emotional and spiritual healing. Their supportive impact on the spiritual and emotional bodies can often positively impact all manifestations of a person (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Flower essences capture the energetic imprint of the plant while utilizing the supportive properties of water. They contain no chemical components of plant materials, therefore do not interact with any medications and are safe for people (and pets) of all ages.

This workshop will teach you about what flower essences are, how to choose them to support your unique healing and wellness path, and how to make them. During the class, you will make yourself a flower essence and go home with another flower essence of your choice.
