Living our Creativity
Living our Creativity - in life and art
I’m offering the first day of this new program as a gift to all - come check out a unique way of self-care for overwhelming times
This program is both about making art - however we each naturally do that - and about reclaiming everyday creativity within our lives, to support staying present during challenging times - (but it’s not all serious!)
Dream tending workshop
Join us for a dream tending workshop with Jessica Proett
“Dreams are a way to engage deeply with our own souls. They reveal what may be hidden to our conscious minds. They can direct us, heal us, provoke us, and tell us things about our waking realities we may need to know to align deeper with our soul’s path.”

The Resilience Lab with Julie Stuart
Join us for an in-depth Resilience Lab with Julie Stuart.
In times of change and unpredictability, resilience isn’t about pushing through—it’s about recovering steadiness within.
Resilience Already Lives Within You
When the body is centered and grounded, it holds an innate intelligence—a natural capacity to adapt, restore, and regulate. Even in the face of challenge, the body continuously orients toward balance, wholeness, and connection.

Introduction to Flower Essences
Flower essences are subtle yet powerful tools that support emotional and spiritual healing. Their supportive impact on the spiritual and emotional bodies can often positively impact all manifestations of a person (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual). Flower essences capture the energetic imprint of the plant while utilizing the supportive properties of water. They contain no chemical components of plant materials, therefore do not interact with any medications and are safe for people (and pets) of all ages.
This workshop will teach you about what flower essences are, how to choose them to support your unique healing and wellness path, and how to make them. During the class, you will make yourself a flower essence and go home with another flower essence of your choice.
