BreathToneTM Introductory Workshop
A 90-minute Introductory Breath, Movement, and Core Strength Experience
BreathToneTM is an immersive 90-minute class combining intentional breath work, guided imagery, rhythmic muscle activation, staff-supported stretching, and staff-infused core strengthening. It offers participants an immediate experience of balance, clarity, and self-connection—an accessible way to explore the power of breath and movement.
What Participants Experience:
• An introduction to the BreathToneTM method in a supportive, beginner-friendly setting
• Foundational breath sequences to reduce stress and improve focus
• Rhythmic muscle activation for advanced toning
• Staff-infused core activation for improved strength, flexibility, and energy flow

Comfortable clothes + plenty of water + chap stick + bolster or cushion. BreathToneTM Mat and Staff will be supplied
